Swimming Pool Construction Expertise
from Design to Completion

Leisure Living Pools was originally one of only a handful of swimming pool builders in North Texas, with Tom Moneta being one of the first APSP Certified Pool Builders. We are currently and have been a member of the current industry organization, now known as the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). Our designers have only the highest of quality standards, and it shows in both our design and construction.

Leisure Living Pools is set up as a boutique style firm that limits the volume in order to deliver a special level of design as well as site supervision. Over the years we have contributed to many news and publication sources for our expertise. We’ve been interviewed by national trade magazines and local TV newscasts to comment on pool building techniques and assurance, ethics and expertise.

Leisure Living has a sophisticated list of clients, from discriminating homeowners to some of Dallas’ biggest celebrities and business execs. Our swimming pool construction and remodel clients have included members of the Dallas Cowboys to Dallas Mavericks, commercial health clubs to planned residential communities and apartment communities, and more. Our clients expect high quality and service, which we strive to deliver
No matter who you are, you’ll still get the same level of quality that makes every Leisure Living customer feel important.

A True Custom Pool Builder

There are two kinds of swimming pool builders: mass pool builders and custom pool builders. Mass pool builders build several hundred pools a year. They may show or offer a common template that may be duplicated in many backyards,

Leisure living pools approaches the process differently which begins with personal onsite measuring and review with the client in order to design an individualized pool to fit your space, topography and landscaping specifications. We evaluate soil, elevations, site conditions that may include access or engineering challenges.

Taking each of those factors into account, we curate a personalized design for our client’s outdoor environments. We also limit the number of pools we build each year to provide constant supervision and quality control over each project completed.

Another unique aspect of our process is a single point of contact. The same person who sold you your pool will design, oversee construction and manage the project to oversee every aspect of your swimming pool and outdoor living areas. We believe that detailed swimming pool construction management, coupled with thorough client communication creates a better product.

Our Swimming Pool Construction Subcontractors

We believe it’s our responsibility to make sure the very best standards go into the construction of your swimming pool. That’s why Leisure Living maintains a staff of quality craftsmen who are specialists in their trades. In other words, our stone and brick masons work only with stone or brick and our tile setters work only with tile. They’re the best at what they do and it shows in their work, time after time.
